Terms & Conditions of Service (18+)

1. Rider Eligibility & Mandatory 18+ Age Requirement

1.1. Self-drive vehicle rentals are strictly permitted only for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of reservation and during the entire duration of the rental.

1.2. The renter must hold an active, valid, non-expired physical Driving License issued by a competent Indian transport licensing authority (or an authorized International Driving Permit accompanied by a valid passport for non-Indian nationals) appropriate for the vehicle category booked.

1.3. Learner licenses, temporary permits, or expired driver credentials are not accepted under any circumstances.

1.4. Permitting any minor, unlicensed individual, or third party to operate the rented vehicle constitutes an immediate breach of contract, resulting in forfeiture of the rental and immediate repossession of the vehicle without refund.

2. Mandatory In-Person Physical Verification at Handover

2.1. The customer named on the reservation must be physically present at the handover point (depot or delivery location).

2.2. The customer must present original physical copies of their Driving License and Aadhaar Card for verification by our dispatch staff before keys and vehicle are released.

2.3. If original physical documents are not presented at handover, or if the individual present does not match the reservation identity, the handover will be rejected. In such cases, 95% of the total paid money will be refunded (5% retained for delivery and logistics expenses).

3. Permitted Usage & Prohibited Activities

3.1. Vehicles are provided solely for personal, lawful self-drive transportation within Kota and pre-approved inter-city routes declared prior to departure.

3.2. Prohibited Uses:

• Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances.
• Subletting, commercial hire, passenger transport for fare, or unauthorized rideshare services.
• Racing, speed testing, stunting, or driving on unauthorized off-road terrains.
• Transportation of hazardous goods, illegal substances, or contraband under Indian law.
• Tampering with vehicle odometers, speed governors, or GPS tracking units.

4. Traffic Violations, E-Challans & Penalties

4.1. The renter holds 100% sole liability for all traffic violations, speeding infractions, signal breaches, helmet violations, wrong-side driving penalties, and parking tickets incurred during the booked rental timeframe.

4.2. Any e-challan issued by traffic police or transport authorities for the rental period will be charged directly to the renter or deducted from the refundable security deposit.

5. Security Deposit & Handover Inspection

5.1. Every reservation requires a refundable security deposit paid prior to vehicle release.

5.2. Prior to key handover, dispatch staff records a brief 360-degree video inspection documenting body condition, fuel level, and tire condition. The same condition is verified upon return.

5.3. 100% of the security deposit is refunded within 24 hours of vehicle return once physical inspection confirms no new damages, missing accessories, or pending traffic challans.

6. Rental Extensions & Late Returns

6.1. Requests for rental extensions must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled check-out time via our 24/7 helpline at +91 88298 81111.

6.2. Extensions are granted subject to vehicle calendar availability and are billed at standard hourly rates without penalty.

6.3. Unnotified late returns that conflict with a subsequent customer booking are subject to standard late charges.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

7.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

7.2. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kota, Rajasthan.
