Rental Rules & Terms
Please review our rental terms and deposit policies before completing your reservation.
Valid Driving License & ID Proof
A valid original driving license and government photo ID (Aadhaar or Passport) are mandatory. Our dispatch driver verifies the physical card during delivery handover.
Prepaid Reservation
Reservations are prepaid online via Razorpay to lock your vehicle and schedule flatbed truck routing. Unpaid requests do not hold inventory.
Refundable Security Deposit
Every rental includes a transparent refundable deposit. Once the vehicle is returned and checked, your deposit is refunded within 24 hours.
Cancellation Terms
100% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your start time; 50% refund between 24 and 6 hours before dispatch; non-refundable within 6 hours of departure.
Late Returns & Extensions
Rental extensions are billed at standard hourly rates without penalty if requested at least 2 hours in advance via our 24/7 helpline at +91 88298 81111.
Complimentary Helmets & Gear
Clean, certified safety helmets and phone mounts are provided with every two-wheeler rental at no additional charge.
Pre-Handover Video Inspection
Before handing over the keys, our dispatch team records a brief 360-degree video showing existing body condition, tire tread, and fuel level to protect your full security deposit refund.
